Brandon Holley Takes Control at Lucky Magazine – NYTimes.com

Ms. Holley is determined to hang up the ponchos. “My style is very casual, put-together,” she said. “I’m not really a boho kind of looking gal, so we’ll move away from that.”

BUT can Ms. Holley save Lucky? Until now she was best known as the editor who took over the irreverent women’s magazine Jane after the departure of its founding editor, Jane Pratt, providing hospice care for two years until Condé Nast euthanized it in 2007.
